Description
The Transport Planner monitors and executes end-to-end parcel shipments and outbound consignments, handles extraordinary freight shipments, resolves operational deviations, and coordinates with suppliers, carriers, SCO, and retailers. The role also manages stakeholder relationships, provides customer guidance on goods-flow issues, optimizes equipment utilization, and contributes to delivery-process development. Candidates need logistics or supply-chain knowledge, strong English and Mandarin communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
