Description
InPost is hiring a Transport Shift Manager to lead transport operations during a Monday–Friday 14:30–23:30 shift at its Coventry distribution unit. The role owns fleet safety and defect reporting, driver-hours compliance, route planning, scheduling, resource allocation, KPI performance, incident support, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, while leading and motivating a transport team. Candidates need transport or logistics experience, strong knowledge of drivers’ hours and vehicle defect reporting, leadership and communication skills, and the legal right to work in the UK; CPC and Microlise experience are desirable. The salary is £42,000 per year, with pension, life insurance, a Cycle2Work scheme, and an Employee Assistance Program.
