Great Bear is hiring a Solutions Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of commercially competitive transport and logistics solutions for tender opportunities. The role involves analysing customer requirements, coordinating tender responses, developing warehouse and transport solutions, building resource and financial models, managing subcontracting quotes, preparing proposals, and supporting marketing and industry development. It is based at a Great Bear depot in the Midlands or North, requires travel, and follows a Monday-to-Friday 40-hour week. The position requires a logistics solutions design track record, transport operations experience, analytical and Excel skills, commercial transport knowledge, and the ability to lead teams and present to customers.
