The Trade and Logistics Apprentice is an entry-level, rotating position supporting freight forwarding operations. Under close supervision, the apprentice handles shipment communications, customer and carrier service, billing, credit checks, documentation, arrival notices, delivery dispatching, milestone tracking, and additional charges. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, offers one year of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain experience as preferred, and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, English communication, and basic freight calculations.
