Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Safety & Fleet Support Specialist to coordinate transportation across its RTC sites, provide direct transportation for youth, support safety compliance and incident response, monitor fleet systems, and manage vehicle maintenance and documentation. The role is field-based in the Bronx, Mount Vernon, and Yonkers areas, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and an hourly rate of $24.038. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a safe driving record, experience working with children or adolescents with emotional, behavioral, or developmental disabilities, knowledge of residential treatment and special education regulations, and the ability to work in person in New York City and travel to other sites as needed.
