Description
AMT is hiring Construction Inspectors to support transportation-sector projects throughout the VDOT Fredericksburg District and surrounding Northern Neck and Saluda Residencies. The role verifies work against plans and contractual specifications, measures quantities and dimensions, and serves as a liaison between VDOT and prime contractors. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, availability for night work, overtime, and weekends, independent and teamwork capabilities, and subject to background checks; experience with paving, roadway and bridge construction inspection, and records keeping is preferred.
