Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation for residents, manage transportation requests in a digital system, maintain vehicle readiness, support entertainment and programming events, and assist with community operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of three years of licensed driving experience, a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems; prior experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination is preferred.
