Quality Carriers is hiring a full-time Transportation Customer Service Representative in Corapolis, Pennsylvania. The role manages customer relationships, receives and enters freight orders into the TMW Order Management System, solicits freight, coordinates loading and delivery changes, tracks loads, and documents service issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, transportation software experience including EDI and TMW, transportation industry experience, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and MS Office proficiency. The position is in-office, five days per week, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
