The Delivery Operations Supervisor leads the delivery team to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, plans daily, weekly, and monthly operations, supports productivity, accuracy, and budget goals, improves processes, and coaches associates. The role requires transportation and driver-coaching knowledge, analytical problem-solving, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds; it also may require occasional truck driving. The schedule is 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with possible flexibility, and the posting encourages veterans to apply.
