The Delivery Operations Supervisor leads the delivery team to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, plans daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals, improves processes, supports hiring, training, and coaching, and maintains safety and performance standards. The role requires transportation and driver-coaching knowledge, analytical problem-solving, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds; it may require driving a Staples truck as needed.
