Description
The Delivery Operations Supervisor leads the delivery team to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, plans daily, weekly, and monthly operations, supports productivity, accuracy, budget, safety, and process improvements, and coaches drivers through check rides. The role requires transportation and delivery-system knowledge, analytical problem-solving, basic English, a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of transportation experience, a valid commercial driver’s license, DOT medical and drug-screen eligibility, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. The schedule is 1:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, with possible flexibility based on business needs, and the role may require occasional truck driving and deliveries.
