Description
BKF Engineers is hiring a Transportation Design Engineer for its Bay Area offices. The role supports multidisciplinary transportation and civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction documentation, including roadway, highway, drainage, utilities, grading, and public works design. Responsibilities include geometric calculations, hydraulics and grading calculations, CAD-based plan development, agency data analysis, coordination with engineers and managers, and plan review. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited program and 1–3 years of relevant site development and civil infrastructure design experience are required; AutoCAD Civil 3D experience and EIT or FE certification are preferred.
