Description

ISG Inc., founded in 1973, is seeking a Transportation Design Engineer to join their growing Transportation team. This strategic role involves designing and delivering transportation infrastructure projects, emphasizing Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) standards. The engineer will collaborate with internal resources, conduct code reviews, write specifications, visualize designs, and manage construction administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to projects aligned with WisDOT guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality while fostering innovative solutions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of transportation design experience
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in Autodesk Civil3D software is preferred
Must demonstrate the ability to present complex technical concepts to engineers, clients, and public stakeholders
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well within a team to meet project schedules and deadlines
