Description
HDR is hiring a Highway Design Coordinator to support the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects within its Transportation Business Group. The role involves roadway alignment and profile, geometric design, drainage, plan development, construction estimates, and preparation of technical reports, specifications, and calculations. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field is required; an Engineer in Training certificate and proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and highway design software such as Bentley ConceptStation, OpenRoads Designer, Autodesk InfraWorks, and Civil 3D are preferred. Candidates without an EIT may be placed in a Design Coordinator job code and expected to obtain the EIT for career progression.
