The role requires a civil or transportation engineering degree, professional engineering designation, at least eight years of related experience, traffic-staging and traffic-control expertise, proficiency with traffic and civil design software, and experience with municipal traffic guidelines. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $93,000 to $139,000.
