HDR is hiring a Highway/Roads Engineer to develop urban and rural highway and roadway projects under a Project Manager. The role oversees CAD Designers and possibly EITs, prepares detailed engineering designs, participates in feasibility analysis through construction, and assumes some project management and client-interaction duties. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, professional engineering licensure for the position's location, and experience across roadway engineering design; preferred qualifications include at least three years of experience and familiarity with Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Infraworks, Civil3d, and Microsoft Office.
