Burgess & Niple is hiring a Transportation Engineer, PE to lead roadway projects for state departments of transportation, counties, and local municipalities. The role covers highway, traffic, safety, pedestrian, and bike-trail design; specifications, cost estimates, reports, quality control, client engagement, and project delivery. The engineer will also mentor developing staff and collaborate with firm leaders. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related ABET-accredited field, PE registration or reciprocity, and 4–10 years of related transportation design experience are required.
