Description
Benesch is hiring a Transportation Engineering - Highway/Roadway Intern for the summer of 2026. The intern will work with experienced transportation and highway design professionals on roadway and highway design, traffic analysis, plan preparation, engineering design software, construction documentation, and collaborative project delivery. The internship is based in Milwaukee, Madison, or Neenah, Wisconsin, with mentorship and project-site exposure. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, have an interest in highway or transportation engineering, familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
