Description
IMEG is hiring a Summer 2027 Transportation Engineering Intern in Long Island, New York for a paid 10–12 week, full-time hybrid internship. The intern will support transportation design and engineering analysis for highway, bridge, transit, and multimodal projects, as well as field inspections, surveying and materials testing, report and permit preparation, site drainage and grading design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery. Applicants must have completed at least two years toward a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an equivalent program and be skilled in Microsoft Office, CAD, and BIM, with strong oral and written communication abilities. Visa sponsorship is unavailable; pay is $22–$24 per hour.
