HR Green is hiring a Transportation Engineering Market Leader in Peoria to lead roadway, highway, and multimodal transportation projects from concept through final design, manage budgets and schedules, guide multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. The role also drives business development, proposal and agreement development, client relationships, public involvement, and regional market expansion. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 10 years of transportation project management experience including 5 years on IDOT projects, and proven experience delivering IDOT projects.
