Davies North America is hiring a Claims Examiner to manage and process GAP insurance claims. The role involves coordinating with customers, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders; gathering and documenting claim information; analyzing loan transactions and insurance details; determining coverage eligibility and claim amounts; using GAP pending claims lists; and applying auto valuation tools to assess vehicle values. The position requires at least three years of auto adjusting experience, proficiency with specified software and valuation programs, strong communication and organizational skills, and customer service experience. Preferred qualifications include GAP and collateral protection insurance experience and multiple-state adjusting licenses.
