Description
Brooks is hiring a Transportation Excellence Lead to design, optimize, and scale its global transportation network across ocean, rail, air, intermodal, and trucking modes. The role leads transportation strategy, carrier sourcing and negotiations, process and operating-model design, technology implementation, financial analysis and business cases, sustainability reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain and other enterprise teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of transportation or supply chain experience, strong analytical and TMS skills, and a hybrid Seattle arrangement of four days per week in the office.
