Description
The Parking Lot Foreperson oversees daily parking lot operations, supervises and trains lot attendants, directs vehicle movements, manages traffic control and staff schedules, enforces safety and customer-service standards, maintains occupancy and incident records, prepares operational reports, and coordinates with other departments. The role requires at least five years of industrial construction, maintenance, or transportation/logistics experience, with a CDL preferred, and involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
