AFRY is hiring a Planning Engineer, Transport Infrastructure Road & Rail (m/f/d) to provide technical leadership and hands-on planning for complex road and rail infrastructure projects across service phases 1–6 under HOAI. The role involves developing designs and planning solutions, supporting option studies, coordinating with technical disciplines and external stakeholders, and contributing to digital planning methods such as BIM. Candidates need a civil engineering or comparable degree, at least 10 years of infrastructure planning experience, expertise in transportation facilities or structural design, relevant planning software experience, and business-fluent German with good English.
