Description
The Transportation Manager oversees the Residential Line of Business at WM’s Greencastle, Pennsylvania hauling facility, leading 12–16 drivers and helpers. The role focuses on onboarding, coaching, mentoring, employee development, performance management, safety, customer-site visits, incident investigations, and regulatory documentation. It is an onsite Monday-through-Friday field position with early start times and an on-call rotation every third Saturday, requiring an associate’s degree or high school diploma with two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and legal work eligibility. The expected base pay is $73,525–$86,500, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
