WM is hiring a Transportation Manager in Brockway, Pennsylvania to lead transportation operations for approximately 15 direct reports, including drivers and helpers. The role manages onboarding, coaching, performance, safety, route documentation, regulatory records, customer-site visits, and incident investigations while spending most of the time in the field. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with two days beginning at 4:00 AM and the remaining days typically beginning around 7:00 AM. Required qualifications include an associate's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant work experience, eligibility to work in the country, and a valid driver's license upon hire; completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program is preferred.
