J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Transportation Manager II in Mechanicville, New York. Under general supervision, the role manages and supervises a midsize driver group, assigns and monitors freight, plans routes, ensures safe and timely service, manages driver compliance and safety programs, supports customer relationships, analyzes fleet profitability and performance, handles payroll and operational reporting, coordinates yard and vehicle maintenance, and resolves service, routing, mechanical, and pay-related issues. The position requires flexibility across day, night, and weekend shifts, a high school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
