J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Transportation Manager II in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The role supervises a midsize group of drivers, assigns and monitors freight loads, plans routes, manages customer and driver service issues, maintains DOT and company safety compliance, oversees yard and equipment needs, and performs personnel, payroll, reporting, and fleet profitability duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of relevant transportation, logistics, business administration, or account management experience, with a preferred bachelor's degree. The expected shift is Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and employment-based sponsorship is not available.
