Oak Harbor Freight Lines is hiring a transportation operations supervisor to lead drivers, dock workers, and office staff while overseeing pickup-and-delivery and linehaul operations. The role dispatches drivers, optimizes routes, manages payroll timecards, oversees dock activities, enforces safety and compliance, supports training, handles customer service issues, monitors performance metrics, and improves workflows. Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervisory or customer-facing experience, preferably in transportation or LTL, along with team leadership, communication, customer service, MS Office, organization, and problem-solving skills.
