KBX Logistics is hiring a Transportation Planner in Green Bay, Wisconsin or Wichita, Kansas to plan and execute freight movement for plants, mills, distribution centers, and customer accounts. The role manages capacity and equipment gaps, coordinates carriers and customers, negotiates spot quotes, responds to service disruptions, and uses transportation systems and data to improve cost, service, and capacity. Basic qualifications include Microsoft Office, customer service, multitasking, and communication experience; freight planning or dispatching, transportation management systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration are preferred.
