Description
HDR is hiring a Transportation Planning Section Manager to lead the NorCal Transportation Planning Section and manage staff, training, business development, project pursuits, workload, recruiting, quality control, and marketing support. The role also functions as a Project Manager, leads multidisciplinary transportation planning projects, coordinates with clients and other sections, and contributes to budgeting and strategic planning. A master’s degree in planning, engineering, or a related discipline, professional registration, and at least 10 years of relevant transportation planning experience are required.
