Description
Barry Isett & Associates is hiring a Transportation Project Manager to lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage transportation projects, and build relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients. The role covers traffic-calming, intersection, roadway, trail and bikeway design, right-of-way coordination, pavement analysis, construction management, PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting, and railroad crossing design. The position can be based at any of Isett’s Northeast Pennsylvania offices and requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software, and transportation-related technical knowledge or experience; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
