raSmith is hiring a Transportation Project Manager for its Transportation Services division. The hybrid role manages transportation projects, client and subconsultant contracts, project budgets, project teams, and client relationships, while also participating in business development. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Wisconsin Professional Engineer registration, and at least 10 years of progressive WisDOT and local government transportation engineering experience, including at least 2 years of project management and business development experience.
