raSmith is hiring a Transportation Real Estate Specialist to lead right-of-way acquisition for public infrastructure projects across Wisconsin. The role manages landowner and stakeholder communications, acquisition strategies, negotiations, closing, relocation support, documentation, and coordination with municipalities, WisDOT, agencies, and project teams. Candidates need 2–10 years of applicable U.S.-based experience in real estate acquisition, negotiation, commercial real estate, survey, title, closing, public infrastructure, engineering, utilities, or related fields, along with WisDOT-approved Negotiator and Notary Public status or the ability to obtain them.
