Description
The Trans Ops Specialist supports Amazon’s Network Operations Center by coordinating transportation between carriers, vendors, fulfillment centers, and customer hubs across inbound and outbound operations. The role resolves exceptions, analyzes network data and trends, develops performance metrics, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, escalates issues, and proposes process improvements. Candidates should have logistics knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex information; advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.
