Description
The L2 Associate serves as Amazon’s primary interface with delivery partners, troubleshooting delivery partner issues, communicating customer concerns, managing sensitive escalations, meeting performance metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires a university graduation, strong written and verbal communication, computer and email proficiency, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A logistics background and Excel proficiency are preferred.
