The Transportation Supervisor oversees Class A and Class B delivery drivers for Domino’s Pizza stores, managing scheduling, routing, hours of service, fleet maintenance, driver performance, safety compliance, payroll, budgets, and customer complaints. The role includes recruiting and mentoring drivers, conducting route observations, maintaining qualification files, investigating accidents, and occasionally driving company vehicles or working in the yard. It is scheduled Sunday through Thursday starting at 6 p.m., pays $90,000 plus a 10% company bonus, and requires supervisory and route-scheduling experience, DOT knowledge, and relevant software proficiency.
