Description
The Warehouse Delivery Supervisor will lead drivers and delivery operations at the Quebec City warehouse, coordinating next-day deliveries, proof of delivery, returns, routes, schedules, reports, vehicle documentation, and corrective actions. The role includes training, hiring, coaching, and terminating drivers, resolving delivery issues, maintaining safety standards, and occasionally performing delivery and loading work. It requires 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
