Description
TARC is hiring a Dispatch Supervisor to supervise and coordinate training and dispatch operations for bus service. The role plans and assigns operator and coach work, schedules overtime and emergency runs, manages staffing and payroll, coordinates customer pickups, responds to radio calls, reviews accident reports, and supports the Dispatch Office. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of transit-related training and dispatch experience, and a valid Kentucky or Indiana Class B commercial driver's license with passenger and air-brake endorsements within 60 days of hire. It is a safety-sensitive position requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
