Comprehensive Logistics is hiring a Transportation Supervisor for its overnight crew in Dearborn, Michigan. The role manages switchers, CDL A, and hot-shot drivers through training, coaching, team building, DOT and OSHA compliance, KPI monitoring, dispatch coordination, and safety and quality oversight. Candidates need at least one year of transportation leadership, CDL A dispatch, DOT HOS, and employee-training experience, along with a high school diploma and strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 annually and benefits including PTO, health and prescription coverage, dental, vision, retirement matching, and life and disability coverage.
