Description
The Warehouse Delivery Supervisor will lead drivers and delivery operations at the Quebec City warehouse, coordinating next-day deliveries, proof of delivery, returns, routing issues, vehicle documentation, schedules, reports, and corrective actions. The role includes training, hiring, coaching, and terminating drivers, while also occasionally performing delivery and loading/unloading work. It requires 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of warehouse operations.
