Description
The Transitions / Operations Manager leads full-cycle onboarding of new communities into Condominium Associates and oversees offboarding (CRASH) operations across portfolio companies. The role coordinates with accounting, HR, IT, legal, insurance, developers, boards, and vendors; supports meeting-notice compliance under Florida statutes; maintains forms, SOPs, and training materials; supervises the Condominium Associates Transitions Coordinator; and provides dotted-line oversight of portfolio Transitions Coordinators. It also serves as the Director of Operations' designated backup and escalation point, with regular travel to company offices, association properties, and meetings.
