Hays Electrical Services is hiring a Travel & Licensing Coordinator to manage employee business travel, housing, travel documentation, and the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of electrical contractor licenses, business licenses, registrations, and permits across multiple states and municipalities. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to handle travel emergencies and after-hours requests, with experience in corporate travel, licensing, construction, electrical contracting, property or housing coordination, or administrative operations preferred but not required.
