The role involves communicating with policyholders, reviewing documentation, verifying coverage and liability, setting reserves, managing claims, identifying fraud indicators, maintaining records, and contributing to process improvement. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland with work authorisation, have at least one year of travel, IPMI, or medical assistance experience, and be APA or CIP qualified.
