Porter is hiring Nurse Practitioners for a state-wide traveling position across New Jersey, visiting members in their geographic area of responsibility. The role performs in-home health risk assessments, medical histories, medication reconciliation, vital signs, physical examinations, point-of-care testing, diagnosis identification, care-management support, and active medical management. Applicants need a valid unencumbered New Jersey NP license, three years of patient-care experience, and strong communication and empathy; primary-care, adult, geriatric, and EMR experience are preferred. Compensation is $125 per completed assessment, with travel accommodations, a flexible schedule, and paid mileage.
