Description
Jukebox Health is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to conduct in-home assessments, evaluate functional abilities, recommend home modifications, educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility, participate in care planning, and maintain electronic documentation. The role requires an accredited Occupational Therapy degree, at least two years of clinical experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and technology proficiency, with travel as needed to serve clients nationwide. Compensation is $45 per hour or $1,080 per week guaranteed, with travel reimbursement.
