Easterseals Chicago & Rockford Regions is hiring a Traveling Assistant Facilities Manager to support multi-location facilities across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The role provides coverage for planned and unplanned absences, coordinates maintenance, safety, custodial, vendor, and contractor work, monitors work orders and inspections, supports compliance with ADA, OSHA, and other regulations, and acts as Facilities Manager when the Senior Facilities Manager or Facility Manager is absent. It is casual/as-needed employment based at the Chicago headquarters, with travel to ECR locations, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and knowledge of building systems.
