Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent on multifamily construction projects. The role involves on-site coordination, field staff management, plan interpretation, subcontractor oversight, investigations, safety and quality enforcement, and team leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's or associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, along with the specified years of progressive construction site management experience; Procore experience is a plus. Compensation includes a competitive salary, subsistence and phone stipend, benefits, a 401(k), and profit-sharing bonus potential.
