Description
The Project Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader for construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing procurement logistics, reviewing construction drawings and specifications, monitoring schedule and quality, and resolving field issues. The role requires at least five years of construction supervision or site-management experience, commercial construction knowledge, OSHA certification or equivalent safety training, and familiarity with sustainable construction practices. The Traveling Site Superintendent must remain on the project site for the full duration of the project, attend quarterly meetings in Hartford, Connecticut, and may be assigned additional travel.
