Description
The Contractor Field Services Team Lead supports Van Meter customers and job sites by coordinating materials, inventory, equipment, deliveries, orders, and customer service; serving as a liaison between sales, operations, and customers; and occasionally working on-site. The role requires temporary relocation for 6–18 months at a time, travel throughout the United States, work at a Central Distribution Center when not on assignment, and a minimum three-year commitment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service and distribution experience, forklift operation, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, extended-shift flexibility, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
